Go with the flow

I'm not one to open up too much

But I will express myself in my writing.

I will thank you for helping me pick myself up,

I was torn down from the pain I've been going through.

But because of you, I don't feel so lonely anymore.

When I talk to you, I feel a warm, fuzzy feeling going through my body.

If we weren't so far apart, we would be closer than we are now.

Who knew that a year later since we met, you would mean so much to me.

You've cried to me of the pain that's been caused to you,

Not once did I flinch or hesitate to hear you out or bring you back on your feet.

You did the same for me.

There was a moment where we fell back, but we came back together as friends before it fell apart completely.

We've gotten to know each other through distance, and I'm glad we did.

I never thought I would feel this way about you, but the moment our lips met

It changed everything for me, for both of us. 

Our feelings sky rocketed, but we were still troubled from our past.

We let it take over our genuine feelings for each other. 

Deep down they're still there though, and I refuse to let them go.

Looks like I'll be waiting another year just to be with you. 

We talk about it so much, but I know in the end it'll all be worth the wait.

Till then, I want to continue to grow with you in my life.
