Wide awake.

Wide awake.

A Poem by Kelly Crawford

I'm wide awake
My eyes can't see
every ounce
of your deceit.

I'm wide awake
so tell me how
i ever let you
bring me down.

I'm wide awake
full of fear
now i know
the end is near.

Bestill my heart
close your eyes
i finally see
through your disguise.

Next time i'll know
the risks you take
when you're dreaming
wide awake.

ahh,i love the last bit. "when you're dreaming, wide awake."

it`s really beautiful, the only thing i`ll say,is i think you should change it from "you`re" to "you are"

Excellent writing, this piece is truly wonderful. I'd like to say more, but I'm speechless. Excellent!
