Enamored

Enamored

A Poem by Cynical
"

Random poetry with no particular order - not rhyming exactly, either. It is about feelings of emotion and the decisions made that are influenced by your partner in an unhealthy relationship, perhaps.

"
Dazed against the sudden collapse of emotion,
Feelings birthed their need of nurture,
Embalmed with fortuitous desires,
That breached their levels of discomfort,
As figures loomed with absent traces of denial;
Should such emotions confront their bloom,
Promote their visuals of needless denial,
Without quote for acceptance - without a breath that voiced its trial,

Against the tides of possibility for voiced inputs that begrudged acknowledgement,
Unable to press back the sentimental state of weakness taken from self,
Emotions stumbled forward from underneath the pit they'd trailed over to,
Shielded by an echo for prurience that blemished before brethren decency,
But upheld steadily, needless to say,
Because these feelings were crazy,
With a dedication to stay that way,
Guzzled in a mindset that publicly incremented hazy.
