Winter SnowA Poem by CynicalShallow attempts to follow a 10 syllable pattern, I think I managed or... Sort of, at the very least.
Mistral nights flow on by bringing calm winds,
A mellifluous tune mellows on by, The cold night wind, as hush and thin as is, Welcomes the mark of a new beginning. Snowflakes make way to husk grounds valiantly, Toppling the earthen in crisp kissed snow tufts, Sastruga present in matutinal, Greets the earth with frigorific welcomes. Snowy teardrops flow on down in calmness, Till' the morning dew of spring withers on - The presence of snow, so to wave goodbye. It is not gone forever, soon again, We'll see its sacerdotal face once more. © 2016 CynicalReviews
