My heart loves, it knows no wrong

It’s my mind that’s too damn strong

See our situation is quite complex

Sometimes I wish we’d never met

Our bond goes way beyond the physical realm

It’s a match of the minds, yet I’m so overwhelmed

You see there’s a battle going on inside of me

I’m contemplating whether I should stay or leave

This love is unlike any I’ve ever known

Because of you, my mind and soul have truly grown

My desire is to be with you everyday

To share all that I have with you in everyway

But the truth of matter is you belong to another

Morally speaking it’s impossible for me to be your lover

My heart craves the love that we share

It’s my mind that says woman, don’t you dare!
