Silky skin shimmers silver

Silky skin shimmers silver

A Poem by Pale Rose

Silky skin shimmers silver
Glowing palely in the moonlight

Naked, lying in the grass
Stars within her fixed, unseeing sight

It's as if she dances when
Wispy clouds float across the moon

Distant screams were on the breeze
But have faded since the noon

Still and serene she lay without a care
Her skin so soft and fair
