I'm A Night Prowler
As the sun rises in the morning
I lay my restless soul down to sleep
For I'm a night prowler and morning has come
As I lay my restless soul down I shut
My eyes for the pain and sorrow is to great
For me to see while I slumber
I cross my arms in to embrace my empty soul
As the time clicks with the sun rise
The gears on my tomb come to a shut
Thus I have been cursed to a lonely life
As the light comes to none
I count black sheep
Till I'm fast asleep
I lie there till sun down
As the sun draws its final rays off this cold earth
It winds the time and turns the gears on my tomb to open
For I'm a night prowler and dawn has come
The time for me to hunt is almost upon me
So leave me laying here
For my restless soul will soon be not
Leave in a haste and be gone
Oh sweet rose
With the fresh smell of wine
Leave in a haste
For my restless soul can not take
What will become of you
My sweet Rose
Kiss me goodbye
Then leave in a haste
For I'm a night prowler
The time to hunt is
Near the sun is almost gone now
Run my sweet rose Run
For my restless soul can not bare what
Will become of you if you stay
So my sweet Rose be in haste and
Scamper off now for there is no
Time to waste be in haste
Now the sun is gone and my sweet
Rose is to I shall begin the hunt
For I'm night prowler that must
Hunt now
For I'm night prowler
