Mountains

Mountains

A Poem by CygnusX-I
"

My first poem.

"
Singing high above valleys

The wind unshackled calls a rally

Spreading a song of it's icy throes,

Man will ne'er know where it goes

Peaks arising shadowing plains,

Seeking sun with all it's rays

Tho' failing always in it's trial

Men will gaze 'pon and shed denial

Many fight violent to the goal,

Tis but a few that can pay the toll.
