Twinky and Creampuff

ode to my beloved cats

     Our cats are the best in the world.  One’s a boy and one’s a girl.

We love both our furry friends, which is best just depends.

     Creampuff’s front legs are such short little things, but she always wins at wrestling.

Our ‘baby’ is very soft to pet, but she only lets us and not the dreaded vet.

She loves to sleep or get rubbed depending on her mood.  She never bites, or begs for food.

She’ll eat her brother’s platter when he falls for her trick, she’s fatter but he’s less quick.

A sweetheart she is, but when trying to sniff your face…

Her ears fold, her eyes squint, and she backs away slowly like she got maced.

While cleaning her butt along the rug, she’s amused by almost any bug.

Comically moving her head all around, she flicks stuck toys from her paw that she found.

The poor xmas tree gets bothered and attacked, but when I try scolding her she actually talks back!

       Twinky is the world’s biggest scaredy cat, afraid of everything including gnats!

At reading and games he’s a wiz, and sometimes he speaks in sentences!

Mousey toy in his mouth while meowing is quite a kick. 

He’s great at cleaning himself, his mousey, or your eyelid with a lick.

Our ‘silly goose’ likes being held upside down, or doing his piggies on any toy around.

He humorously slinks really low and slow to any loud sound.

He jumps high into baskets to run his paws in exercise.

Be careful if you leave out any chicken pot pies!

He’s a great goalie, and quick to swat even while having a good time.

Laps are his favorite thing upon which to climb.

A wonderful xmas gift to our kids, it’s heart-warming to watch the vid.

     They follow us all around, and sleep in our bed, only waking when called by name to be fed.

However, their favorite thing to do is watch little animals instead!
