Unfinished Works...

Several pieces of poems that I never finished.

Snow silences all
white deaf the curtain calls the mute
The empty streets - a hushed voice calls

Into the white the faces fade
The Snow Queen claims her dead
She beckons them with an icy grin to the masquerade...

BLAME!
Blame the times, blame your age...
curse this body as a cage...
but whatever you do, you never look at yourself...
Mock the spirits...
and blame the gods...
accuse your family...
and damn the odds...
but whatever you do, don't look at the photograph on the shelf...
of you from days long gone...

Blame everyone but yourself...
ascribe the pain with all your guilt...
or don't give us a reason...
or don't say anything...
but blaming yourself would be spiritual treason...

Why you won't love...
Why you can't feel...
Why these bleeding scars will never heal...
You blame it all on anyone but yourself...

I want to hide this demon,
I don't have a heart for Pain,
but Fear, Resentment, Bitterness
and Sadness know my name,
it calls to me in the dark of night. 
please break me from this trance...
It awakens me with neon light
please join me in this dance...

I tell ya what...I liked all three but BLAME totally rocks! Yes! Say it again! You got a nice beat to it, an even fast-paced flow, almost rap-like; I absolutely LOVED IT! You should either finish BLAME or set it free because it is ready to stand alone!
