The Crow.

The Crow.

A Poem by Elizabeth Marie
"

just a random thing i wrote

"
The creature stretches,
Wing to talon,
A dark mist,
It moves,
So fast,
So fast,
So sharp,
Its claws,
Glinting,
Shining,
In the sun,
Glowing,
Dark as the darkest dark,
Light as the lightest light,
Consumed,
By the white,
Snow white,
Taken away,
ATTACK!!!
ATTACK!!!
It shouts,
And screams,
The crow its self,
Is just a dream.

I like how the entire poem doesn't rhyme, yet the last few lines do. It's a nice way of wrapping it all up

It's a very short poem, but it tells alot. The detail in it is very basic, and that's what I like most about it. ;p
