You Are My One And Only Savior

You Are My One And Only Savior

A Poem by Tina Odisho

You are my one and only savior.

The one who shows me light.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who gives me all my might.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who’s with me so I am not alone.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who saves me through words in a non-expecting tone.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who brings me to right instead of wrong.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who in his eyes will always see me as someone who is strong.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who helped raise me through all my hard times.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who will stop me from committing any crimes.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who wakes me up ever morning of the day.

You are my one and only savior.

The one who I will never disobey.

Hi and Hello! Wonderful poem! Erm, just one little speck of advice. When you repeat the line " You are my one and only savior" you make the poem sound like a chant rather than a flowing work of art. It's still a work of art, it's just too much of one line over and over. But if this was the effect you were going for, then it's fine! I'm sure you wanted power in the this poem, to establish the fact that Jesus is your one and only saviour. Try to add 3 lines before and after each '' you are my one and only saviour.''

Hope that wasn't too picky!
