Hi guys! So, the following is an original story I wrote which is inspired by the plot of Serial (Bad) Weddings, you know, the movie! This is a DISCLAIMER because I do not own the idea of the plot but all of the characters and storyline is completely mine. Hope you enjoy! If you want some insight into what's going on to help you keep up (in case you haven't seen the movie for example) and all the differences it might have from my story, you are free to read the intro below! Alright, first let's talk about the original movie. This film is about a French family with 4 daughters and each one of them is married to a man of a different race. A Jew, A Muslim, A Chinese man and an African! And so with the last daughter's groom-to-be to the family (The African), the parents of both parties will face many differences and so will have to overcome them for the sake of their children's upcoming wedding! It's a really funny movie and I highly suggest you watch it! If you want to read more about it, just google it! You should really watch it though.

My story:

Well, in my story, the girls' family is British and so both she and her partner (who in this case is a white south African with a white south African mother but a black father and sister) and they decide to get married. They will face many difficulties as her parents are already fed up with their 3 grooms from her other sisters (a Jew, a Muslim and an Indian instead! :P). His parents on the other hand, especially his father, will have many issues as his feelings about the British are not exactly friendly...Anyways, long story short, you will get where this is going the more the story progresses!
