I sit and ponder on the pains i have known in my life, and think what is worse, the pains that can haunt a mind or the torments that shatter bones.

I have known few agonies in my past, felt cars metal impact, blades dance, whips crack and the body bruise and heal for another day in life.

Yet i still feel broken by the haunting spirits within my mind, they wont simply heal away and no priest can exorcise me, so what is worse? 

scaring flesh or a scared mind?
