Morning MistA Poem by CuriousMindMorning mist dense and thick Wraps its arms round every tree Leaves the nature looking pale and sick Dims reality and makes it hard to see
The moist blanket left behind When the piercing sun scares it on the run Faced with evil we must not play blind Deliverance does not come through the barrel of a gun
The face of all that is good Not even the darkest of evils can withstand With beauty the world will flood The new order will shine and be grand
Passing through we leave the evil on the floor And in unison shout out: Nevermore! © 2015 CuriousMind |
