Snow on the Mountain

Snow on the Mountain

A Poem by Kyle Jordan Eller

By moonlight seeing vapors exhaled
Reviving childhood dreams,They are awakened
Extracting life from the surrounding area
Are we awake underneath this teeming sky
Tracing constellations with our hands
In this frostbitten cold shivering
Never sitting still on this planet
Gravity keeps us from flying

Is it hard to create a happy ending?
So many thoughts cross the atmosphere

Slipping into lively thinking, What’s wrong here?
Our lives hectic and distracted, Why?

Here we are in the snow; Waiting
At this moment fixed on better
Realizing all of us are important
Desperate for the warmth of truth

This is really nice. I must admit that I really like your choice of words and the cold theme gives a sense of inner pain. Very good job.
