Mind's Eye

Mind's Eye

A Poem by Kyle Jordan Eller

Traveling down a slip stream
Seeing colors blur by
Waves pass one by one
This prism projects light

Caught in a world that’s abstract
Straight, curved, and jagged edges
What is perception of the mind?
plunging deeper into the vortex

Warped swirls wrapping around
Bubbles pop with no sound
Enamored by the thick wonders
Enveloped in these images

Rainbow paths highlight the scenery
The walls drip down to the floor
Oozing falling past reality
Vexed in the imagination

Ideas are vast and loud
Possibilities are endless now

Bravo! A beautiful flow of ink swirled and twirled upon the page, so it feels like we are being swallowed by a whirlpool of thought and ideas. I thought last break into a two line stanza at the end worked really well and summed up the poetic flow quite nicely.

Great Ink!
