GodafossA Poem by Wild Rose Godafoss Godafoss
The river full with Snow Melt Flows full force Bank high across the plain Tumbling over rocks,
Forcing smaller ones out of its way Rumbles, burbles, gurgles it marches on Non stop Towards the cliff
It throws its self over Into the chasm With a thondrous noise In a never ending stream
Tumbling Foaming It marches on Carrying ships of foam
Across more country Down more Cliffs Racing towards its destiny The wide
deep open sea
