WeaverA Poem by Wild Rose Hand Loom Weaver The loom is set the warp from front to back In colours single or in many Tight they are like timelines to fill until infinity Through the heddles to make the shed Where shuttle dart pulling thread Each run is beaten in Adding to what is ready written
Like a diary or story tell On the never ending page That makes the fabric Of the weavers time Heddles change Clattery Clat Shuttle in silent flight
Clattery Clat So goes the weavers day Clattery Clat Cattery Clat No sound may be heard Read my lips The weaver say
Writing time In colour Or in texture Clattery Clat No spoken words Reading lips Clattery Clat © 2018 Wild RoseFeatured Review
