Over the Garden WallA Poem by Wild Rose
Our wall is a fence or hedge The wall is high Is has climbing flowers growing up it They are flowering In front is a low wall Forming a raised flower bed
The hedge is also high It is also thick There are small birds nesting in it A Robin, Blackbirds, and Hedge Sparrows Gold Finches Have returned for summer They now live there
The hedge is mainly Fuchsia bushes Also a Flowering Currant and a Mock Orange bush In front are two Holly bushes and an Ornamental Fir tree Also a Maple bush with red leaves Behind the hedge is Ranch type fence four foot high The neighbour behind the hedge has a two seater swing And a Garden shed and a Summer House
At the front the hedges are lower Also formed from Fuchsia bushes But cut lower At either side there are small areas with bushes Sort of small Shrubberies One has a Holly bush and Lilac tree The other a small Rhododendron bush And a Hydrangea bush with blue flowers © 2018 Wild RoseFeatured Review
