This sounds to me like the panning of the camera is focusing from something as small as the alarm clock and zooming, slowly, from the room, the sky, and finally the all encompassing universe. The repetitive nature seems to be the day-to day beauty happening that we don't notice all the time, however it's all happening. Great imagery here. Great read.

wild rose,
I noticed your note..light over the fells. Is that Scotland?
It sounds very beautiful. I liked the progression of day coming to be by your description.
This poem is a clue to your soul of hope for a new day. I really liked that!
Blessings,
Kathy

I can only imagine the wonderful hikes your all can enjoy.

We couldn't see it today > Thick cloud (rain)
Just a grey space - that's life
An epic write if ever there was, atmospheric is an inadequate term when juxtaposed against such prose.....A cracking write, a smashing read.............Cheers Wild Rose....Neville

It sounds like a case of groundhog day or someone taking a camera and panning it around.. This was an enlightening poem that I enjoyed... Thank you for sharing your poem....
Indeed, Morning dear heart, a most focused effort on description and story telling, almost like the picture is slowly coming into focus, well done, good read.

Slowly coming into focus - well yes but all in a matter of a few minutes > See it go for the camera - Its gone
WE can see it every clear morning > If we are not too engrossed in getting ready
i have to buy an alarm clock soon, have difficulty determining if it already morning or not unless i pull the curtains down. nice piece of writing my friend, very unique in style. especially the description of the sun like it very much.
