Tumor

This guy who is rich meets this woman who he instantly falls in love with. After a while of dating, they get married. Eventually he starts getting sick. His wife realizes hes not "good enough" begins to sleep around and gets pregnant. She tells her husband she is, and they are both happy. The baby comes out and it doesnt look like him at all. He becomes a little mad and begins to dig up the father. He finds out what happened, but blames it all on himself, because he was a little sick. Things are happy for a few weeks, but then he gets really sick and goes to the hospital. They tell him he has a brain tumor and will die shortly, unless they operate. He doesn't want his family to be sad so he just ignores it and leaves, telling the doctors they have no idea what they are saying. his wife starts to fall for another man, but doesnt want to hurt this guy whos taken care of her for years, so she poisons him. The poison affects his heart and she also wants his money. He goes back to the hospital and they say if he wants to live, he needs to have the surgery to remove the tumor. As they begin to open the skull, the tumor bursts out of his head, sending him into a brain dead state and cardiac arrest. The poison along with the pressure causes his heart to literally and metaphorically explode and he dies.

This is the back story to a song I wrote. It is very badly done, and later on I will fill it in and make it better. Comments, criticisms, thoughts, ect, strongly encouraged.
