The Living Blemish

The Living Blemish

A Poem by Shiningwolf

Gently flow the water went

            Not a care

Not a tint

A breeze across the earth's face

Calm...cool...

        Relaxing to the touch

Recooperate and breathe

        You won't miss much.

A storm is brewing

The dam that blocks the wind

The earth hot...

Sweating from the heavens the earth did

Pouring down on us

          Little by little...

Till one day

     Its gone?
What will become of the acne that lives?

 We slowly disappear...

          One...by one...

Till eventually the earth is cleared

       And life...

Will be reborn.

It was very confusing to understand, but the line that says " the dam that blocks the wind" I love it because it has so many meanings

This is a deep and intense write, it makes me feel the hope of all things in my life that represent the storm being reborn in new energy...x
