It can see forward

It can also see the past.

 

Deep visions of ourselves

Watching us grow from birth

Seeing our own lives unfold.

 

Knowing what we hide

Knowing our secrets

Shielding them from the world.

 

Your greatest enemy

That is also your closest friend

The one that is always with you.

 

The one that makes the decisions

And the one that you struggle with

This glass shows it all.

 

Look into it and what do you see?

This mirror shows the greatest thing in my life

This is a great poem of personal reflection. What we truly see about our selfs can only be reflected by the mirror of the soul. This is a wonderful Write and I think most of all it allows one to remember, Self-esteem is essential to a good quality life... Wonderful Job!

Self reflection can give one insight into their own sole or even past lives if they believe in that. This was really good I loved all of it. I really like the part about our secrets and what we hide or shield from the world. This is why some people can't even look themselves in the eye because of what they hide in their hearts. Excellent poem.
