My little baby

How beautiful you look

With your gorgeous eyes

Just as I forsook

 

We had nine months with each other

I was reading and waiting

Preparing to be a good mother

When we started relating

 

I felt your heart

And you felt mine

We couldn't be torn a part

As our lives intertwined

 

Now here we are

Staring each other down

Feels so bizarre

But I won't give a frown

 

You are mine

My little baby

You are in my bloodline

There is no maybe

 

Your life starts now

As does mine

This I vow

I will get you to your starting line.

I love it!!! It explains a mothers love for her child and how we want nothing more than for our kids to be raised to do the right thing. It also explains how much we love them before they are even here. 9 months thats all a mother needs to fall in love with their kids.
