The night,so dark and peaceful.
The moon full of life,
giving her a sense of belonging.
The stars shining so immensely on her warm skin.
Her heart lost in pain and anguish.
Full of thoughts.
Thoughts of unfulfillment and anger.
In the inside,
She is empty and sad.
The scars of the past so vivid in her mind.
So clear and close she could grasp them.
Frightened, with no one to trust.
But the night,
The shadows of the night,strengthen her.
The souls in the shadows comfort her.
But she still desires HER.
Desires someone,
To hold her tight at night.
Someone,
To fill the emptiness in her soul.
Someone,
To love and embrace her during the scariest and darkest times.
Day by day,
She,sleeps believing tomorrow will be a brighter day.
But the promises of tomorrow go broken.
She smiles at the souls of the night.
Believing,
Believing the following day destiny will smile at her.
Relieving her anguish.
Hope is her strength.
The moon her anchor.
No matter how fate, endlessly tortures her.
She believes.
