No Strings AttachedA Poem by Crossbroken
I can't seem to understand myself lately, I've fallen for this girl constantly, She's very beutiful, kind, and wise, But her feelings for me is all a disguise, First she seems interested then she's not, No matter how many times I see her she's still hot, Being around her builds my confidence, But she can turn me down like an on and off switch, This lady knows how to pull my strings, She's one of those type that makes rejection stings, She always pass right trough me as if I was invisble, Whenever we argue she always get physical, This type of women you would call a tease, Cause you keep losing and catching her like a disease, Making me wonder what I did wrong, She knows how to make me feel so alone, Many guys watching her as she walks along, I watching from a distance listening to another love song, Sexy lady got me all stringed up like a puppet, When she get tired of games, she takes my heart and knows where to dump it, But she keeps a thin string and knows where to pull it, I'm like that cigarette to her she knows when to smoke it, It's about time for me to stop this addiction, Cause I'm tired of leaving her with too much satisfaction, What she doesn't know my strings are starting to snap, That little drug of hers is starting to unwrap, I hate to do this love, but it's time to cut you off, Hey, don't get mad at me when it's all your fault, She graps her things and say whatever, She simply grabs those strings to charm another sucker. © 2009 Crossbroken |
