Damien's Poem

A poem from the perspective of an original character named Damien. (More so a speech)

Temptations are not what make sin.

You are what makes sin.

Sin is all that is forbidden and all I want to live in

To live in you, to lust for you, to love you...

Makes me live in sin

I watch the sway of your hips

And your tongue against your lips

As your fingertips caress everything thing that's not mine

And if I am being honest for once

You need to stop wasting your time on it

Temptation is not dancing with the devil

You and I both know you crave so much more

A danger that calls for nothing but trembling hands, breaths, oh--

How can you still resist it?

When your flesh aches to be restless against mine

I'm not patient, but I promise you'll never mind

Because you want me to take you

And make good use of your time
