Confused

I'm confused at why people are this way.

I'm so confused.

People around me are insane!

They meddle and they judge,

They hurt and shatter your soul,

They want others to crumble at their feet.

Only selfishness controls them,

Like the moon chasing away the sunlight.

There's nothing bright to hold on to anymore.

I can't understand why,

and I probably never will.
