Hurt is Even

Nobody ever notices that everyone has felt pain. They think only they know what it is

No one hurts more.

Hurt is equal and no matter what form it takes

When someone is given more attention I don't focus on them,

I focus on the others.

The ones who have a knowing gleam in their eyes.

The ones who have "perfect" lives

and must always be happy,

That is a lie.

Everybody has been hurt,

everybody has shared equal pain,

Nobody deserves to be put aside.
