Im tired of being judged!

I am who I am

So stop complaining,

I don't care what you say

but I hope you would keep your opinions to yourself,

Yeah, my apperance is a lie

You don't know who I really am,

I have feelings

but I keep them inside.

I don't judge people,

I've been judged far too long

What do know?

Have you been broken?

I'm a million pieces of pain,

Shattered by someone like you,

Ignorant, to others.

Yes, you do judge people. You're judging people here. You're judging them for judging you.

Part of understanding how to judge people fairly is to accept that you are judging them.

And then, part of being able to ignore unfair judgements others make is to reflect on when you get it wrong yourself.

If you get it wrong, even though you try very hard, then surely it's obvious that other people will get it wrong too.



And everyone has been broken (although this is very relative). Some people think they're broken all the time, and are constantly terrified that you will ask them why they are smashed all over the floor. And their fears make them defensive, so they hurt you for being around them. And we judge these people too, even though it isn't exactly their fault.

But yeah, I'm a determinist, so this kind of problem seems easy to me (possibly falsely easy, but I'mma still gonna enjoy it for now).

I will admit I do judge people if they have done something in which I think is very rude or just wrong. I probably have different standard than most normal people but I am who I am and I hope I'm doing the right thing. There is no way to know if I am making the right decision. I hope that I am doing the best and defending the people that won't speak for themselfs. I appreciate your comment and the way you looked at it from your prespective. I respect your opinion and hope you will respect my writing as well. Thank you very much for sharing your review and opinion on my poem.
