I Know What I Am

A poem of being able to stand up for yourself and having confidence

You may not play with me,

For I am not your toy.

My heart is to be cared for,

Not for being destroyed.

You think you know everything about me,

From just a single glance,

but you are wrong,

You know nothing.

I know I am worth something.

Have reasons for being alive,

Im not your entertainment.

I am simply human.

 

You can't put me into a category,

For I am not an object,

I have feelings,

and a soul.

I should be able to live without judgement,

But of course that's not how things work with you,

You are incharge of everything and everyone.

But I am not a bug.

I can't be swated away.

I am a single mind.

 

You can't force me to do anything,

I have freedom and freewill,

I will say what I want when I want to,

I am not your slave,

Forced to do things because your the master.

I have no chains,

I will make my choices,

Act however I want because

I am myself.

Not bad, but some of your word choice comes across as a little odd, and you've made a few little spelling errors here or there. I'd just go over the piece and make sure you're saying what you want to say how you want to say it.
