I couldn't find neither sheep.... is a double negative. 'I could find neither sheep nor...' is the correct form, or 'I couldn't find either sheep or...'
Either/or, neither/nor is the rule.

I am not a story teller but I tried my hand at it. Poems like this usually take about one hour if I am inspired, and then I revise them slowly in time.
