Fury

Fury

A Poem by Cristiana Joy

On bloodied ash, the devil cried,

“Unchain the dragon or you should hide!

Unleash my demons, spare no fate,

For unto you I give you hate.”

She rose with fury from out hell’s floor,

Tore through earth’s crust with mighty roar,

Towered high above the falling,

Crimson claws slashed and mauling.

“Hell hath no fury like a woman’s scorn.

You’ll wish that you were never born!”

I hereby invite you to our next Dungeons & Dragons game, lol. You'll add much needed wit and class!

I started the second stanza and was going to comment "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorn" but as I continued I noticed you saved me the trouble, well done

This felt like some scene from Milton or Dante! Cute ending.
