This is something I wrote off the top of my head, kinda just how I feel.

There is a hole in my heart

A distance in our love

We're separated by miles of land and water

And though you are so far

You feel so close to me tonight

Awww, this is so sweet. I've never really been much of a critique, I'd say every line is where it should be. This is something every one can relate to....distance sucks big time.
