Masks

Masks

A Poem by Aria Cardona

A modern day mask
Is the mask that you wear
Most of the girls
Put 'em on every day
It is the mask
Made up of makeup
I am the girl
That hides behind this mask
So that I can feel pretty
When I feel I am not
I hide behind the products
To hide away my pain
So that no one could see
When I am really not well.
