I Won't Say I'm in Love

I Won't Say I'm in Love

A Poem by CrimsonHints

To feel hope again,
Oh, to feel the sunlight on your skin.

It's true, I've loved and lost,
Oh, memories, my unbearable cross.

But, it's so good to feel this way,
Oh, sweet sunlight on a cloudy day.

Put it all behind me now,
Oh, draw the curtains and take a bow.

I won't say I've found love yet,
Oh, but if we never met,

I'd surely say with honesty,
Oh, You'd have been the life in me.

But, here you are, and we have spoken,
Oh, to heal a heart that's broken.

Send me off into your eyes,
Oh, to never return; paradise.

I won't say I'm in love.

It was like reading my own thoughts.
As simple as it was the more feeling it reflected!

Memories about a love lost, indeed can be a cross to bear. And how great it feels than that there is again the possibility of a new love, very scary yet you feel so alive.

Well done. You evoke a very human emotion, hope, vulnerability.
