Moments

A Poem by Kinsey
"

Feelings on paper.

"
I feel so much more than I'm capable of putting into words.
Where do I even start?
One day I thought I had everything.
The next I found you.
I didn't notice it at first.
Slowly, one word at a time you made your silent entrance.
You made it passed my walls before I had a chance to object.
And now there is no going back.
The realization of what my future could hold is enough to steal my breath.
The chances of finding someone like you, one in a million.
The idea of a frown, a disagreement, silence.
It's unbearable.
Some bridges you just don't let fall into disrepair.
When I open my eyes, there you are.
And when I close them you're still there.
I can't escape you, even if I wanted to.
