Spiteful Soul

Spiteful Soul

A Poem by Divine Bella

In the folds of the silver-rimmed pages

Incantations greedily inscribed -- in blood

An escape route emerges, echoing the mirth

With the last rites of the futures end

A fluttering of words in limbo -- sporadically

Casts iridescent shadows of diabolical lure

Leaving imprints of a lost -- spiteful soul.
