Sea of Lament

Sea of Lament

A Poem by Divine Bella

Teetering on the fence

Under the moon tree

Chaotic thoughts encircling me

Hands grabbing at me

from all directions.

On the brink of insanity

I weep -- splitting in half

I tumble to the ground

In pieces, I shatter

I bleed, drowning - dying

losing my own identity

gasping for air

I can no longer

breath --

I fade into...

...nothingness!
