A Poem by Criator
"

From the collection of “Bodily Observations”

"

I saw you in the Garden of Eden

With ebony scales beneath your skin

Brandishing white daggers.

You had me devouring apples

To the core

From your palm,

But the fruit you bore

Was born to weeds.

I felt the G-force

When you spun me

Like a pottery wheel,

So you’re fingers slid through

The cracks of my ribcage

Tearing meat from my lungs.

I clambered out of this box

With crimson cupped in my hands

While I pick up bone shards along the way.
