I Promise You: Chapter 2

 

 

     The bus was crouded and small. I took a seat in the back, hiding behind my backpack. 5 minutes later, a tall blonde haired girl stood in front of me. "My seat red-head" she told me. I heard the others in the backround yelling out" MOVE IT RED-HEAD!" I scrambled out of the seat with my backpack, and walked slowly towards a seat in the front of the bus. I blew a red strand of hair out of my face, and sighed."This is going to be a LONG day" I thought.

 

     When I walked down the gold and white hallway, everyone stared at me like i was an alien. I just looked down and continued to walk towards the principals office. When i entered the office the principal looked irritated. "I dont think i should bother him..." i thought, hesitating to walk back home. I continued to walk up to him instead. I gave him a note that read:

 

     Dear Mr. Harold,

I will not be attending the meeting today due to problems at work.

I hope you understand.

     He stared at me, his eyes small and beady-like. Then a smile crept across his face. That's when i decided to talk. "Uhmm.. Hello Mr Harold" I started, " I'm your new student, Avery Kross."He held out a hand and introduced himself in a deep voice. "Welcome Avery Kross," He said,"To Carmicke High." He told me whay class I was in (Mr. Mulroney) and what periods I had. He excused me and closely examined the note as soon as I left.

Honestly everything is fine if u just ignore it and yes there are a couple mistakes but that doesn't i was rushing. Havent you've ever heard of careless mistakes? And when there r careless mistake most people just ignore it.
