The sound of a breeze is heard.

A stream is heard nearby.

Your breath releases from inside.

Sitting peacefully barely moving an inch.

The sun gently touches your face like a warm kiss.

 

Ta…Thump

Your heart is beating gently in your chest.

The feel of calmness and security fills your mind.

Breathing deeply and slowly you’re full of peace.

A pleasant suprise! A lot of poetry picks up themes of the more extreme emotions from love to hate, or difficult or intense situations. You've taken relaxation, the absence of extreme emotion or activity, which is a sense in itself, and described it beautifully and I loved the style and using calming noises to link the stanzas.
