VioletA Poem by Cre8tiveRaise Suicide AwarenessViolet loved violence She cut herself to the music She loved to create purple bruises And she hated them when they turned black And when they withered away She brought them right back She was her morphine With each cut releasing endorphins Violet approved of violence Because all of her life she was silent Begging to forget the things that reminded her of her father Why bother? She asked She has been masked and casted away Shielded from society, so why seek sobriety? Vicious Violet violated the code of violence She cut too deep, so silent Violet lay Until her silent weapon chose to speak © 2011 Cre8tive |
