May 7,2007 Senior Poem

We have learned a lot

Throughout the years

Good times and bad times

Lots of laughter and tears

 

Seeing the same people

Throughout  each day

Fights and friendships

Nothing stays the same

 

Hook ups and break ups

Falling in and out of love

Hard, ever so sad days

Friends called home to be above

 

Parties, dances, hangouts

Drugs, racism, threats and more

Preps, Nerds, Jocks, Emos, Stoners

And even the school w****s

 

Soccer, baseball, wrestling

Basketball and football

No matter the outcome

We won them all

 

Singing the Alma Mater

As we proudly stand

Embedded in our memories

Memories that are golden and grand

 

Our years here together

Are coming to a close

Everyone going different ways and doing different things

Will we see each other again?    Who truely knows.
