When I got to sleep, I usually tend to use an hour and a half to watch the stars
Now that is winter, You can See The Orion constellation and I think the Gemini too
But the best part of all is watching Sirius Rise at night (that's the brightest star of the night sky)
This perfectly describes how I tend to watch the stars and how you can't stop looking at them
