Solar plexus healing

Low self-esteem,

lack of motivation,

unconfident

leaning back, but not flat.

Lift your legs, arms extended.

Feel the stretch just like intended.

 

Yellow food is good as well,

the chakra chart is how to tell.

Yellow crystals, yellow clothes,

yellow energy freely flows.

 

I am empowered,

I am driven,

I am confident

and with a vision.

 

I believe in myself.

No one can bring me down.

I know my self-worth.

I say it without a frown.
