The Guyfriend

The Guyfriend is every girl's Bestfriend
He is there to hold your hand
He is there to understand
He is there to listen to your crap
He will pretend to care
He will say 'there there'
when you start to cry
But deep down inside
He wants you to be his wife
Instead he lies
to be by your side
he makes many calls
but he doesn't have the balls
to ask you out on a date
too bad its too late
He made a mistake
by playing it safe
He keeps missing his chance
He should've asked you to the dance
Now he's crying at your wedding
he wished that it should've been him
instead of that prick
is what he thinks
so now he drinks
to forget the pain
he's going insane
he tattooed your name
and your to blame
You shouldn't have lead him on
but you turned him on
and now his mind is gone
what did he do wrong?
he didnt belong
so he's saying so long
to this cruel world
because you wouldn't be his girl
His is the guyfriend

I've been the "guyfriend"
but it was by choice..I can be friends with women without wanting to stick my c**k in them..OMG, how can this be?
normally it's women who are nervous about asking me out..not that I've never been shy or nervous, but at this point I've just found someone and don't give two s***s
about anyone else
to guys [and girls too; I've noticed in general that men get butt hurt when they're rejected and women get a bit spiteful; just subtle variations of the same ego]
god if someone doesn't wanna f**k you, get over it
and if someone does, be flattered, it means you still got it
this whole p***y image of a guy and the woman's sadistic game of f*****g w/ him because he's shy and can't ask her out?
gimme a break, seriously

so yea to your poem, and I've said this before, if you're gonna write prose w/out any type of imagery, it's a journal entry..this is basically just your observation and insight and someone should call you on the fact that it isn't poetry

cause guess what..some of us have actually spent years honing our craft of writing..not for attention, but for feedback and expression..hell just to keep from feeling dead or insane
