Every line of this is just real and honest and it gives me chills because there are people out there like you describe. Lots of them actually. Its like this theory a friend and I have about serial killers. They're out there now, they could even be our neighbors. They have that whatever thing that makes them that way only they haven't acted out on it yet. And that thing could be anything because they're psychotic. Okay now I gave myself chills. Great poem. You're really on the money with this one.
