Shall it be Kanye West or 50 Cent?
On this 9-11-07
Is a day we shall not forget

50 Cent and Kanye West are releasing their new rap CD's
It's Kanye West's Graduation and 50 Cent's Curtis
Oh which one should I purchase?
Which new CD is going to be the best?
Is it 50 or Kanye West?

But I don't have that much money to spend
Maybe I should just buy 50 Cent?
This 9-11 is one to remember
Why is their CD's coming in September?
I wish it would come out in December

But 9-11 is sure a day that sucks
It was a day of very bad luck
Cowards attack our beautiful towers
Firemen and Heroes gave their lives for us
so we shall not forget

So on this 9-11-07
We should pick Kanye West or 50 Cent?
I think I'll buy both
They turned something negative
into something positive

oh my... 9-11-07 def not a date that we will forget... the sadness that goes with it... but i am glad you did this... the way you did... because how much sadness can we continue to have -- sure dont forget the events or those who lost their lives or the families that lost loved ones...

In its off-hand, snotty way, I actually like this SO different 9/11 memorial piece ... It shows how the earth DID continue to move, how life went on, even though we never thought it would in a way ... how we can be grateful that this year�s 9/11 is just about the showdown between 50 Cent and Kanye West. How we still live in peace, of sorts, and how many to not ... In a nutshell, like so much of your work, it�s deeper than it looks at a first glance. xxx

Well I was expecting something hectic and heart breaking but as always, you so wonderfully surprised me. I love the fact that you have this brilliant talent to do that.

I just loved the fact that you used a sad day like 9/11 and just put a different picture in my mind, for only that one second. I guess the tragedy of that day will never really fade away from the whole world's minds.

I am not sure that I would release an album on such a date, but then again, my album is a comedy CD, so it is definately not a 9-11 tribute.

Are both of these artists doing 9-11 tributes? Or are they just releasing a regular record on that day?
